Infatti, le normative EASA CS-23, EASA VLA e la tedesca LTF-UL prescrivono test di certificazione a flutter di aerei al fine di verificare che il\u00a0 velivolo \u00e8 libero da flutter nel suo inviluppo di volo.\nVicoter realizza tutti i test sperimentali e le analisi numeriche necessari per conformarsi al paragrafo 629 delle normative, secondo procedure consolidate e strumentazione e algoritmi allo stato dell&#8217;arte.\nIl metodo utilizzato da Vicoter per determinare la velocit\u00e0 di flutter \u00e8 il seguente:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n \t<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Misurare i modi sperimentali del velivolo tramite un test di GVT (Ground Vibration Test).<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Simulare analiticamente il comportamento dinamico della struttura, accoppiandolo con le forze aerodinamiche.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Calcolare la velocit\u00e0 di flutter a varie altitudini e in diverse condizioni di massa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>Fase 1. Analisi modale del velivolo<\/h5>\nLa prima fase consiste nell&#8217;eseguire un test di GVT (Ground Vibration Test) e viene effettuata per determinare i modi propri del velivolo.\n\nVicoter esegue test di GVT utilizzando la strumentazione pi\u00f9 moderna e rispettando tutte le direttive espresse nella circolare numero 23.629-1B della FAA, valida anche per EASA. Tutti gli strumenti utilizzati per i test sono calibrati.\n\nLe prove sperimentali vengono eseguite con l&#8217;aereo sospeso tramite molle di rigidezza opportuna. Vicoter si occupa della progettazione e realizzazione del sistema di sospensioni pi\u00f9 adatto per l&#8217;aereo. In generale, vengono verificate due configurazioni di massa: MTOW e MZFW. Il velivolo \u00e8 testato sia in configurazione a comandi liberi, sia in configurazione a comandi bloccati.\n\nLe funzioni di trasferimento e i rapporti delle accelerazioni di uscita sulle forze di ingresso sono acquisiti usando una tecnica MIMO, cio\u00e8 eccitando la struttura con due attuatori elettrodinamici e leggendo contemporaneamente tutti gli accelerometri installati sull&#8217;aereo. Analisi numerica di flutter<\/h5>\nLa fase 2 dell&#8217;approccio Vicoter \u00e8 la realizzazione di una descrizione matematica del comportamento strutturale dell&#8217;aeroplano.\n\nSono disponibili due soluzioni, in base alle esigenze del cliente:\n<ol>\n \t<li>Utilizzo diretto delle matrici di massa, di smorzamento e di rigidezza identificate durante la GVT.<\/li>\n \t<li>Descrizione di un modello ad elementi finiti del velivolo. Il modello, correlato con i risultati modali sperimentali, pu\u00f2 essere realizzato usando un codice numerico gratuito o usando NASTRAN.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1156 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.vicoter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/ULM_aeroelastic.jpg?resize=449%2C331&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"449\" height=\"331\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.vicoter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/ULM_aeroelastic.jpg?resize=1024%2C754&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.vicoter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/ULM_aeroelastic.jpg?resize=300%2C221&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.vicoter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/ULM_aeroelastic.jpg?resize=768%2C566&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.vicoter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/ULM_aeroelastic.jpg?w=1264&amp;ssl=1 1264w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px\" \/>\n\nLa prima procedura \u00e8 pi\u00f9 semplice ed economica, ma limita le analisi flutter alle configurazioni del velivolo testate durante la GVT, rendendo impossibile ogni analisi di sensibilit\u00e0 alle modifiche strutturali. In questo caso, l&#8217;effetto aerodinamico \u00e8 simulato utilizzando un metodo DLM (metodo Doublet-Lattice) calibrato su una descrizione matematica dell&#8217;aeromobile, ottenuta utilizzando le matrici di massa e rigidezza identificate nel GVT.\n\nLa seconda procedura \u00e8 pi\u00f9 onerosa, ma ha il vantaggio che, basandosi su un modello FEM della struttura, consente rapidamente eventuali modifiche al velivolo per valutarne gli effetti sulle prestazioni di flutter.
